Sports massage
Sports massage accelerates muscle recovery and reduces the risk of injury by increasing blood circulation, removing waste products and preventing intramuscular scarring. For regular exercise, one massage per month is usually enough, and for competitive athletes at least once a week.

Classical massage is the most common style of massage - just the style most people think of when they hear the word ‘massage’. Classical massage is therefore best suited for relaxation and in clear muscle pain it is better to use therapeutic massage methods.
