An energetic dance lesson full of great music and magic of dance. Latin, hip hop and show dance. The hottest party in town! In this class the most important thing is to have fun and let the music carry. No previous background in dance is required.

FasciaMethod is a method developed by Finnish physiotherapists to improve performance, recovery and well-being. The class combines myofascial mobility training, dynamic stretching, and fascial treatment with a ball.

A 45 min kettlebell class for the whole body in which kettlebells of different weights are used to develop muscle strength, body control and coordination.

KUNTO-class includes everything you need from training. At the beginning, we warm up with easy step sequences to energetic music. In muscle strength section we challenge the upper and lower body muscles with resistance bands and weight plates. In core section, the abdominal and back muscles get excellent posture muscle training. Stretching is done at the end.

LAVIS platform dance: fun, easy and sweaty! LAVIS is a mix between ballroom dancing and exercise but done without a partner, so there is no danger that anyone will stomp on your toes. You will learn the basics of well-known Finnish and foreign dances like humppa, jenkka, rock / jive, cha cha and samba all the while exercising.

PARTYFUNC is a fast-paced “old school” dance class, similar to aerobics. The class progresses progressively from easy to fast steps. The party feeling culminates in the final song. This class is especially suitable for those who enjoy fast-paced classes.

PILATESFUNC 30/45/60

PILATESFUNC 30/45/60

PILATESFUNC class is a powerful and versatile workout that strengthens the muscles of the body. Movement series are based on Pilates and help you find the most important muscles in your body. In addition to exercising the abdominal and pelvic muscles, the program also includes sections for the legs and the upper body. This class is suitable for everyone.

RPV

RPV

Efficient class for thighs, glutes and abs. The class includes a warm-up on the floor or on a step, followed by exercises to improve muscle strength. Weight plates and a step are used to provide additional challenge. This class does not include stretching. The program changes every four weeks and it suits people of all fitness levels.

A stretching class that improves mobility and lengthens the muscles while moving smoothly from one movement to another. Enjoy and let your body blend into the movements.

YOGAFLOW

YOGAFLOW

Yogaflow improves the strength of deep and superficial muscles as well as body control while focusing on the connection between the mind and the body. Different yoga postures, or asanas, are performed to the rhythm of breathing and they are combined into various kinds of motion.
