DANCEMIX45/60

An energetic dance lesson full of great music and magic of dance. Latin, hip hop and show dance. The hottest party in town! In this class the most important thing is to have fun and let the music carry. No previous background in dance is required.

A lightweight indoor cycling hour that is suitable as your first indoor cycling lesson or even warming up for or cooling down after heavier workouts. Suitable for both beginners and more experienced cyclists.

FasciaMethod is a method developed by Finnish physiotherapists to improve performance, recovery and well-being. The class combines myofascial mobility training, dynamic stretching, and fascial treatment with a ball.

FITMIX45

FITMIX45

FITMIX45 includes everything you need from training. At the beginning, we warm up with easy step sequences to energetic music. In muscle strength section we challenge the upper and lower body muscles with resistance bands and weight plates. In core section, the abdominal and back muscles get excellent posture muscle training.

JOOGA75

JOOGA75

Yoga75 is a versatile exercise that combines soft and powerful asanas with dynamic and flowing movement into the rhythm of breathing. This class strengthens the body and increases mobility, but at the same time challenges the mind appropriately and provides the opportunity for a strong presence. Depending on the class' theme, the exercise may also include breathing exercises and meditation. The class ends with relaxing for which you may take warmer clothing with you.

LAVIS platform dance: fun, easy and sweaty! LAVIS is a mix between ballroom dancing and exercise but done without a partner, so there is no danger that anyone will stomp on your toes. You will learn the basics of well-known Finnish and foreign dances like humppa, jenkka, rock / jive, cha cha and samba all the while exercising.

Efficient muscle training with music. The hour is ideal for anyone who wants to quickly complete the whole body muscle trauma. Bodypump allows you to easily get started with exercise and you will find results quickly.

RELAX45

RELAX45

Relax45 offers the ability to stop for a moment and bring stress levels to a minimum. During this peaceful class, gentle stretches and opening movements are done to free the body and mind from the hustle and bustle. If you feel busy, stressed out or longing for a little rest, then this class is for you! The class ends with a long relaxation session, for which you can dress warmly and as comfortably as possible.

RPV30/45

RPV30/45

Efficient class for thighs, glutes and abs. The class includes a warm-up on the floor or on a step, followed by exercises to improve muscle strength. Weight plates and a step are used to provide additional challenge. This class does not include stretching. The program changes every four weeks and it suits people of all fitness levels.

Spinning blue

Spinning blue

Light to medium challenge level cycling class. There are flat ground and uphill segments that are alternated by adjusting the resistance of the cycle. This class is perfect for your first indoor cycling class.

Spinning red

Spinning red

Medium to heavy cycling class that consists of sprints and hill climbs of varying lengths. You can adjust the challenge level of the class by selecting the appropriate resistance. No previous cycling class experience required.

A stretching class that improves mobility and lengthens the muscles while moving smoothly from one movement to another. Enjoy and let your body blend into the movements.

X30

X30

Intensive whole body workout in 30 minutes. The class focuses on lower body and core strength as well as improving cardio. The session improves your speed endurance and fat metabolism. Suitable for everyone.
