KUNTO-class includes everything you need from training. At the beginning, we warm up with easy step sequences to energetic music. In muscle strength section we challenge the upper and lower body muscles with resistance bands and weight plates. In core section, the abdominal and back muscles get excellent posture muscle training. Stretching is done at the end.

Sunday noon's energizing ride. Medium to heavy cycling class. RED and BLUE classes are mixed in this one class. There are variable periods of flat ground, hills, accelerations and sprints. Each class has a theme based on music styles, uphill classes, acceleration competitions etc. The theme changes monthly or according to the instructor.
A stretching class that improves mobility and lengthens the muscles while moving smoothly from one movement to another. Enjoy and let your body blend into the movements.
Challenging indoor cycling class. 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training with varying periods of intensive effort and short breaks. The class develops speed, strength and endurance. The class is suitable for everyone as you can adjust the resistance levels to suit yourself although pre-determined resistance levels are given as well for reference. The class changes after every 5 times.
