What is sleep coaching?

Sleep coaching is designed to increase your daily alertness and energy levels by improving your sleeping habits and lifestyles that affect sleep. In addition, further studies may be recommended if poor sleep quality may be due to an undiagnosed disease such as diabetes or sleep apnea.

With sleep coaching

Sleep coaching consists of face-to-face meetings that can be conducted on-site or remotely via video. The meetings cover e.g. conversation about the possible lifestyle changes indicated by a sleep diary, as well as concrete weekly goals.
