WHAT IS SLEEP COACHING?
Sleep coaching is intended to improve your daily alertness and energy levels by enhancing sleep habits and lifestyle factors affecting sleep. Sleep coaching helps to improve overall health and quality of life as well as productivity at work and in leisure activities
Sleep coaching consists of personal meetings, which can be conducted in person or remotely via video conferencing. During the meetings, we discuss areas for improvement in lifestyle highlighted by your sleep diary and prowvide specific, tailored weekly goals to address these areas. Additionally, coaching may recommend further investigations if poorer sleep quality may stem from an undiagnosed condition such as diabetes or sleep apnea.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. For cancellations made within 24 hours or for missed appointments, the full fee will be charged.
