For aerobic training, there is wide selection of versatile equipment, such as treadmills, stair climbers, and ski machines.

With our weight resistance equipment, it's possible to do a whole workout. Life Fitness machines are safe and easy to use.

The dumbbell area is often the busiest section of the gym. That's why we equipped it with a large number of adjustable benches and several pairs of the most commonly used dumbbells.

A diverse range of Hammer Strength plate-loaded machines adds more variety to the workout.

We have also invested in free weight training. In this area, there are, a Smith machine, 3 cable crossover machines, and 3 flat benches as well as an incline bench + other equipment

For functional training, there is a twenty-meter-long sled push track, monkey bars, and a punching bag.

There is a separate area for stretching and bodyweight exercises, equipped with tools to facilitate stretching

In the group exercise space, we specially invested in hits spaciousness and efficient ventilation
